Shipping policy

Our aim is to get your items to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
Please note that personalised items unfortunately cannot be returned. Please make sure that you double check the spelling, to avoid disappointment. 

Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day. For example if an order is placed on Friday at 6pm, the order will be processed on Monday.

All items are posted via Royal Mail with the options of 48 hour Standard or Signed for delivery. We would recommend signed for to guarantee the safe delivery of your order.

Due to current GSPR laws, we have paused delivery to the EU for the time being.

shipping is available to the rest of the world, with shipping, duties and tax, remaining the responsibility of the customer. These prices will be calculated at the checkout.
